We are specialists in assessing our clients and offering plans of care that you can take stock in. Our team approach allows us to match the individual need to the best-qualified team member.
Our team
Jessica Young, BS, CMC
President
Jessica Young is the President and a Certified Care Manager at Ferretto Young Care Management Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience in medical day centers, assisted living, and care management services. She is an Advanced Level Professional within Aging Life Care Association (ALCA).
Throughout her career, Jessica has been trusted to lead initiatives that few are asked to take on. She played a key role in developing a CCRC at Home Program, a new medical model dementia care center, and successfully acquired, restructured, and rebranded Ferretto Eldercare Consulting, a very well established 15-year-old care management company, to Ferretto Young Care Management Consulting.
Her deep expertise in working with those with memory impairment has earned her repeated invitations to present at the Johns Hopkins Memory Clinic Annual Conference, one of the most respected platforms in the field.
Jessica is equally committed to her community. She currently serves on the Board of the Maryland First Disability Trust, supporting its mission to expand resources for individuals with disabilities. Her broader community involvement includes more than a decade on the Alzheimer’s Association Annual Memory Walk Planning Committee, involvement in many local senior serving groups, and numerous speaking engagements across the region.
Mary Faith Ferretto, LCSW-C, C-ASWCM
Founder
Mary Faith Ferretto founded Ferretto Eldercare Consulting in 2008 after more than thirty years of social work across the Baltimore area — and after seeing the same struggle play out in family after family: important decisions being made without the right information or support.
She built this practice to change that.
Mary Faith holds a BA from Towson University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, with a certification in Advanced Case Management. Her roots in the Baltimore aging community run deep — she co-facilitates an Early Onset Support Group with the Alzheimer’s Association, serves as board president of the Senior Network of North Baltimore, and is an active member of both the Baltimore County Provider Council and the National Association of Social Workers.
Tracey Franz, LMSW
Tracey Franz, LMSW brings more than thirty years of medical social work experience to the team. She’s worked across the full spectrum of care settings — facilities, hospice, and home health — which means she’s seen enough to know that no two families’ situations are ever quite the same.
A Licensed Master Social Worker, Tracey joined the Ferretto Young team in 2010 and has been a steady, trusted presence ever since. She works with clients across all aspects of care management, bringing the kind of calm and expertise that only comes with decades in the field.
Ann Marie Riehl, MA, CCM, CDP
Ann Marie Riehl has spent her career doing one thing well: helping families navigate the hard parts of aging. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County’s Erickson School of Aging and has worked across nearly every corner of the field — from the Area Agency on Aging and senior centers to a continuing care retirement community and a medical adult day center specializing in dementia care.
Now a Certified Care Manager, Ann Marie is the person families call when they don’t know where to turn. She’s known for turning overwhelm into a plan — and for being especially skilled at supporting families facing cognitive decline.
Channah Liebermann, LBSW
Channah Liebermann, LBSW has been a licensed social worker for over 20 years. She joined Ferretto Young Care Management Consulting in March 2020. Her experience prior to joining our team was focused on successful discharging from facilities, working with clients with cognitive issues, and assisting clients in life transitions. Her focus is always on the best outcomes for the client.
Member, Aging Life Care Association
Kelly Anderson, BS, CDP
Kelly Anderson came to Ferretto Young with nearly two decades of experience in continuing care retirement communities and home care — and a reputation for being exactly the person you want in the room when things feel uncertain.
Calm, steady, and deeply knowledgeable, Kelly has a gift for helping families find their footing in moments that can feel overwhelming. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Towson University, is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and serves as a board member of the Senior Provider Information Network.
Betsy Groomes LBSW, MGH

She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Salisbury State University and a Master of Arts in Geriatric Health from A.T.
